When we ran our washer, we discovered that the drainage issue actually hadn't been solved. Sent Prestige pictures of what was happening and Jeremy came right back out. Answered some questions I had without making me feel like an idiot. Prestige will be our go-to plumbers from now on. Prices are also reasonable.

Amy handles the cleaning aspect of things and is doing a major deep clean for me. Gary handles grout, tile and carpet cleaning and even has a special way to remove Kool-aid stains from the carpet which I was so thankful to hear about and am utilizing. I contacted them about a month ago and explained my situation. They quoted me over the phone and said to give them a call a week or so ahead of when I would like to schedule. They are always pretty busy which means their work is on point! I called in Amy to clean my baseboards separately so my contractor could put down quarter round and she was more than happy to fit me into her schedule. I also asked Gary to clean the grout in my kitchen so the contractor could fix a few spots and he got it immaculately clean. Now they are scheduled to do a final clean and shampoo my carpets before we put the house on the market. They are the ultimate business and have REALLY helped me out. I couldn't thank them enough for the load they have taken off my shoulders. They are great people are charge reasonable prices. They have multiple people on their crews so they get the job done fast and on schedule. They communicate via phone call or text and I'm just over the moon pleased with them! Thanks Amy and Gary!
