I will always trust him with my life, always. One of my main requirements for any medical professional in my life, human or animal, is that they be able and willing to listen. They don't have to agree but they do have to listen. Dr. Dixon is the very best human doctor I've met at listening to me. He actively listens and responds clearly and kindly. They made a scheduling error, charged me an incorrect copay, and threatened to call the police when I asked for a refund. An honest apology for the mistake & correcting it would have been enough but instead the office manager threatened me with calling the police saying I "verbally abused a healthcare professional". I didn't realize advocating for myself was verbal abuse. The doctor corrected it and refunded me, but the staffs behavior was completely unacceptable. To top it all off, they couldn't provide me with my last lab work done 6 months ago because they were having issues "logging into their account" & didn't show that I even came in 6 months ago in their systems. I had to provide them a receipt to show that I did come in and had my labs done. So who knows if my blood work that I was charged for 6 months ago was even seen/looked at by the doctor. I will not be back!
