Maintaining a property is important but when your equipment is too heavy and you drive too fast and have total disregard for the people's (we do pay your salary) property and gardens who live there I find them less than desirable. Owners here try very hard to make the landscape around their property beautiful throughout the growing season and I think there should be more respect and care from those using riding mowers and riding blowers. Its nearly impossible to grow grass in places surrounding the units because the equipment comes in and tears it up. Its very frustrating because that comes out of the owners pockets and not by our association fees.
