Despite being assured upfront that the services would be covered, I was required to pay in full. Following the procedure, the office failed to coordinate properly with our insurance provider. We have waited over six months for reimbursement, yet less than half of the services have been covered. Each time we follow up, we are met with excuses rather than a resolution. There is always something that they claim we haven't done and that the time passed without payment is our fault. The lack of professionalism and the difficulty we have experienced with this business is unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money.

I am interested in doing Invisalign but they do consultations only on Wednesdays and Fridays with the last appointment being at 4pm. Nothing on Saturdays. My son isn't very fond of the dentist and it takes a little longer than usual for a simple cleaning....usually if the assistant is having issues with the cleaning the dentist steps in and helps. They're literal angels and definitely know how to deal with children. Recently we went in for a quick cleaning and of course he was giving some push back. Our dentist was amazing! She was able to calm him down and gain his trust. I am very pleased with their services and bed side manners. Even though I've moved from the Burke area I will continue to make the drive here. I've been recommending this location to friends I have in the area.
