My wife and I rented a home that was "managed" by this company and were repeatedly given the runaround when we reported broken or damaged things. With the exception of an occasional odd pay week, rent was paid within 1-2 days of the due date, and never more delinquent than 6 days. In this event, obviously, we gave proper notice and reason. The entire length of the agreement the back fence and gate were broken and had holes that our dogs would frequently escape through. We noted concern over this prior to signing a single document, and we're given no guarantee that it would be fixed, but took it on "good faith" that it would. It was not. The final two months were spent with a broken garbage disposal that began to progressively smell worse as you might imagine. It was reported, and of course, unresolved. In the end, we had a crew deep clean the house (carpets, baseboards, and chimney), as well as professional lawn care. Yet after a month and 10 days removed from the residence, having been told at first that we would receive a portion of the deposit back, we finally were told we would NOT get back any. The reason was given that the carpet along with the rest of the house was dirty, and had a foul smell. Clearly we protested, and were taunted to take them to Small Claims Court. So again, if you've been misled into thinking this company is in any way reputable, I assure you first hand, they are not.
