Shoulder replacement outcome has been excellent. After 3 days pain management was controlled by Ibuprofen. PT is completed and range of motion, which is good now, will continue to improve over time - as expected. Waiting for the scheduled app't can go long - 1/2 hr or more. Bring a book or phone and be patient. The staff have been professional and courteous and do the best they can. Schedule your followup appointments before leaving and have realistic expectations about re-scheduling if you can't keep it. Understand about your health/injury - do your research and play a roll in your care. It makes a difference.

Bedside manner is almost in the negative and he's just generally just grumpy. Refused to listen to my mom about any continuing issues with her hand after amputation of her right pinky so we stopping going here. Finally we got referred to a different doctor for her issues, and she's more hopefully than she's been in a long time about her hand problems.
