I've been to many physical therapy places around town , but this has been the best. The PTA Adrian is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the front desk or whomever makes the appointments to me are rude. They scheduled me twice without my knowledge until I received the texts. When I called on both occasions, the lady who answers the phone the first time told me she'd have to see if the PT wants to drop my case and I'd have to start over. The second time she asks, "are you still interested in PT", obviously I am but when they're making my appointments without my consent and I have to reschedule is frustrating. Then to throw that case dropping crap is annoying. How is it one's fault? I'm contemplating on looking for another PT around town.

He looked at my feet and said, "that's right, that's what you have." And gave me a paper with diagrams on exercises to relieve and possibly "cure" this pain. The thing is, I saw that same diagram and sheet online on some website, hmm. After receiving my 2 shots I went on my way after paying the co pay etc. After a couple months I received a bill in the mail (late December) for my visit. It would be nice if I could've received it a lot sooner. Well, there's my 2 cents.

It's been over a year so I'm happy that I was able to get this test. She was knowledgable and took extra care to let me know how the test works and when I would experience those jolts. It was uncomfortable time but I was able to complete no problem with her help. Best experience considering the level of pain I've had. Like I said it's been over a year from the trauma. Just happy to have some answers that I would not have without this test! Thank you!
