This doc is so entitled, when I asked about taking insurance, told me that they will not file on insurance unless you come in often. If you are only planning to come in once or twice a year, they will not file insurance. I won't be going to this doc. read more

I've been seeing a chiropractor for years. I needed an adjustment for LB and Neck while staying in NM for the last month. Staff was friendly and Covid compliant which I look for in a chiropractor office. I like that he manipulated my whole body. Things must have been really out of alignment. I injured my bicep and forearm recently and after the muscle relaxers the emergency room prescribed ran out, the pain returned and began radiating to my hand and shoulder. I chose to see a chiropractor rather than a physical therapist, I have never had success with physical therapists treating previous injuries. My neighbor recommended someone but after reading his reviews on several web sites, I decided to conduct my own search. I am glad I did. I visited this practice last Thursday and am on the road, to recovery. Having never been to a chiropractor before, I didn't know what to expect. For the first time in 2 weeks, I can say that the acute pain in my arm has decreased. I am returning this coming week and hope that I will be pain free shortly. I highly recommend Dr. Richard Williams. After having back pain for over a decade and being told by multiple doctors I had a Sciatic nerve issue, and being referred to physical therapy that did not help at all. We were referred to Dr. Williams by our previous chiropractor in Arizona and we have been absolutely satisfied with him. He works with us both by appointment and by walk-in when needed. He doesn't even charge us to adjust our young son, which was a godsend after we first moved. He was having a very hard time adjusting to things here, but after a few sessions with Dr. Williams, he was sleeping much better and was much happier. My wife and I are both also very satisfied with our adjustments every time that we go. Dr. Williams is very friendly, which to me is a big change from most doctors who really seem like they can't be bothered with you half the time. They just want your co-pay before they kick you out the door. So if you are looking for chiropractic care in Las Cruces, and especially if you have small children, I can't recommend Dr. Williams highly enough. I recently went to see Dr. Williams after reading stellar reviews for his work. I haven't been adjusted in quite some time, but as another medical professional, I appreciated that he listened to me and didn't do what every other doctor does: the whole "yeah, okay... (insert eye roll)". He's super friendly, and the other reviewers are correct, he hums and sings to himself as he assess you. It's pretty funny, and yet he's super professional. I really appreciated that he looked beyond just my problem areas and even adjusted my wrists, shoulders and ankles. He's incredibly thorough, and that's hard to find. I felt really great after walking out of my appointment and didn't have nearly as much lower back and hip pain as usual. As a side note, I wasn't super impressed with the office staff. The lady at the front desk didn't smile once and was rather abrupt on the phone. The other staff were about the same; not really friendly, but not rude either. While this wouldn't stop me from going back, I wish everyone else would follow Dr. William's attitude. read more

Every time I go in to see the doc, I come out feeling like a new person! 2 years ago I was suffering from a back injury, and had so much pain in my mid-back area where it was so tender to the touch. His office gets me in quickly, his office staff is friendly, I have never waited for more than a couple minutes to be called back and he is extremely professional. Great doctor with wonderful bedside manner, very positive. Had a lot of rib pain and he was able to adjust some of them. Unfortunately, I have my first rib out and wasn't able to get that resolved, BUT I walked out with less pain. His receptionist was very nice and got me in at the last minute, which I appreciated. Very disappointed in this facility. The unfriendly, receptionist kept wanting to charge me, a 2 year long patient, for missed appointments when I never received texts confirming appointments. Believe the hype. Dr. Williams and his staff are skilled, knowledgeable, and passionate about chiropractic medicine. After suffering from incredible neck pain for about a week, I looked online. I found countless glowing reviews, so I decided to walk-in the next morning. The were able to accommodate me easily, and the adjustments to my neck and spine delivered by the doctor, allowed to me to get a full nights rest that night, and the next morning I had about half as much pain as the day before. I had another adjustment 3 days later which reduced the pain to only when I would turn to the extremes. Then today I had another adjustment, and I have basically no pain.
