I was surprised at how overgrown everything was. Manny was able to remove tree parts that were cut down previously, groom a VERY overgrown bush back to its original shape, clean up flower beds and mow the lawn that hadn't been mowed for the season! He sent me pictures all throughout the process to reassure me the work was being done. He did a great job on the property. I would recommend him and will continue to use his services.

I don't have a history of writing reviews...but I was compelled to do one now. At this point...It's…read morethe principle. I'm writing about my recent DNG tragic lawn experience. If you had a good one...consider yourself lucky. During the '22 Summer DNG was asked...by me... to perform several services. The initial workers I met were splendid. I'll begin with the brush trim of the lawn/mulch...it was good. Cutting an acre of grass was average...because at times it was cut to close and burned brown spots developed and later discovered the my septic tank cap was crushed and destroyed. I'll admit I passed on notifying DNG about the damage. I continued to use the grass cutting service ..as I said... the initial workers were nice. Next I asked to remove a lattice fence with poles surrounding approximately a 1,000 sq ft. off the back yard deck. So far good... I asked to remove the deteriorated wood chips and replace with grass. It originally looked good during the preparation... but the end results didn't go well. This is where the problem begins... Despite the '22 summer with a lack of rain.. I watered the lawn continuously to prevent dryness... the grass was still not taking and it was brought to my attention the yard was not seeded properly. I asked DNG to address the issue. The worker who performed the service initially stated he would do it in fall '22 and was apologetic. Later someone who introduced himself as the owner...who I communicated for the first time also agreed. Unfortunately the service was not addressed and it was too late. He stated he would do it in the spring '23. Spring '23 is here... I notified him several times as a reminder. After the 3rd attempt he finally responded and he stated he was not going to return to perform the service. In addition, he demonstratively accused me of not watering the yard... gave no compassion to reasonably sort out the situation. I've never met the owner and all communications has been through text. I would grade the customer service/follow-up poor along with the perceived rude attituded through the text responses extremely poor. I have no qualm with the initial workers... they demonstrated professionalism and compassion. I don't have any good comments about the mystery DNG owner. As mentioned earlier if you are pleased with your DNG service...consider yourself lucky!!

DNG has been plowing my mother's driveway for a couple of winters now. It is always a job well done…read moreand completed in a timely manner. They also shovel and salt/sand when necessary. My mother is a senior, so knowing that she is not going to slip on ice when getting in and out of her car is critical, and I sleep better knowing her driveway is well cared for during the winter!
