The office guy was told by management to stay in the office and the service guy here is struggling. As prior military service, your army is only as strong as your weakest link! From what I heard, the service guy here comes to work on time, and works hard but he is slow, which I understand because I feel like a lack of training. The manager here is spoken of as "Ruthless"! I heard she fires everyone and anyone for anything! I feel bad for the employees here who are just trying to make it. Sounds like the manager needs to be replaced. Prior military service would be a great manager here, can lead by example and get their hands dirty.

Overall worst experience I have ever had with a dealership…read more I was referred to this dealership from a family member who has had dealings with them in the past. I did not have a pleasant experience. The only thing consistent about the service here is that they are consist with saying they will call you back but never do. I left multiple messages for the service manager and received no response. When I finally spoke with someone, his response was, they tried to call me back several times and my voicemail was full, which was not the case, I had zero missed calls, and my mailbox is emptied out regularly. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning for diagnostic, they informed me it would be 24 to 48 hours, so by end of Monday the following week. 13 days later after going to the dealership several times and calling several times I was finally given the diagnosis. I don't routinely leave reviews, but I would feel guilty if I could have prevented someone from wasting their time, money and patience and didn't. I am not aware of their sales department, but I caution anyone who wants to drop off their vehicle to be serviced.
