Then during my " hour" massage she walked out a few times to greet customers walking in and still finished before the hour, not to mention the massage wasn't good. Then when I was finished and I was ready to tip. I handed her a $20 and asked for $8 back. I still tipped 20% btw. She then says you're not giving me $20? I said no I want $8 back and she asked why not the whole $20 and of course I said I'm giving you a good tip I need change back. She shook her head and then came back with $7 and said is $7 enough and I said no I want $8 back. At this point I'm frustrated with the horrible customer service and the ungrateful behavior she had. I then say better yet give me $10 back and she found that extra dollar real quick. Overall, if you want to be treated like your tip wasn't enough and not given proper service with a horrible massage by all means go here. Mind you I get massages every week and go to all different places this was by far the WORST service and customer service I have ever experienced.

It is in a quiet room with one other pedicure chair, with low lighting, soft music playing, and fresh smelling aromatherapy. I'm not a huge fan of scents but they used real essential oils (not fragrance), and they were so calming and pleasant. The pedicure starts with a brief foot soak in a warm and relaxing seat. Once you soak for a few minutes they give you a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and recline the chair to zero gravity, and give you an eye cover. I genuinely fell asleep as soon as she started to massage my feet. The experience was 10/10, and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Thanks Sam for an amazing pedicure.

She really wanted a massage but was nervous- so I figured being in the same room would help. She has Jessica who was so sweet and explained everything to her. I don't recall the name of the lovely person who worked on me, but she was sublime! I swear at one point I thought she had extra hands.. haha. Both of our massages were top notch. I've had a lot of massages in a lot of fancy places, but this massage was probably the best one I've ever had. I came back for a hydra facial and saw Jessica, again.
