What does this broad think, that's why you go to see a doctor to get questions and concerns answered and taken care of? Even the doctor was rude. My mom pays for her insurance and has worked all her life to be treated as if she was some low life in a welfare office. These people must only view this as a job. There was no empathy and sure as hell no code of ethics. I hope this ugly broad would be okay if her mom was treated this way. I guess next time we have concerns, we should just Google them, right?

For the most part, Dr. Turner runs on time. There have been a few occasions where I've had to wait over an hour for my appointment. But again, this is not something that happens all the time. The nurses in the office are also all wonderful. They too have very good bedside manners. The doctor and her team of nurses all treat you like you are a human being and not just another number walking through the door. That's very nice to find in today's medical field. I also fully feel as if I can trust Dr. Turner, which is also nice to find in today's medical field!

We told them that we have never had that happen with any other doctors office but they set up an appointment for us anyways. I got a text message stating my appointment was on Jan 30th but I never agreed to it. I called them and Miguel answered and he said that I need to call my insurance to cancel the appointment. He would NOT cancel my appointment until I got a different PCP. I would not trust them with my medical needs. We didn't even have to see a doctor but they needed to see us
