We have gone through quite a few property management companies in my community. MCI is by far the best management company we have had. The staff members are wonderful and always address any questions or issues with our community. They always attend our board meetings and are always available by phone. I am an original owner of this town house. We went from $90 to $145 a month in HOA fees. We get SHIT. THESE roofs have NEVER been replaced it is now April 23rd and our lawns look like homeless dump property. Trees need to be replaced in the front and back and they wont have it done. They steam cleaned the siding once in the 25 years I've lived here. They have people that live here who dont pay their HOA fees but are still allowed to keep their homes. DONT BUY HERE BECAUSE IM SORRY I DID. We have outsiders come on the property to smoke their weed. read more

MCI Realty manages my condo complex, and they have been nothing short of horrible. The lack of response, and follow up to issues and concerns is frustrating. Numerous times I have found the information they provide to be completely wrong, and I have even sent them information with resources as proof that they supply wrong information. They do not do any research or put in any effort to get things done. The management company forgets previous discussions, even when done via email. The way they do business is unethical. They have been difficult to resolve any issues. This is my experience with them since 2012. I do not recommend doing business with MCI Reality. read more

I have been a homeowner of a property managed by this HOA. After two months, I have to generously give two stars but may consider a 0 star later if at all possible (too bad Yelp does not allow it). Let us review the issues. To first oder, you may try to call and would be provide with answers and the people seem nice on the phone. But the follow-ups have been terrible so far. In a few inquiries, I experienced the following - 30% of the information I was provided was inaccurate. Ex: I was told I can do direct deposit payment one day ... then another that this is not a supported method of payment. - I am already missing one monthly payment bill reminder (I may need more time to get a statistics) - I tried to communicate via Email and was not provided with a single courtesy answer (over 5 Emails now). How hard can it be to answer an Email really? I receive 100ds a day myself and can manage. Honestly, I was accustom to better services before and did not realize how spoiled I was (all Email answered within a day maximum, most of the time a person sent in-situ to check the problem with a day of an answer) and the difference is striking and stunning. If you are planning to become a homeowner of a property managed by this company, I would put serious thoughts and considerations. read more

I have been trying unsuccessful for over a year to get my leaking roof repaired by this management company which they are responsible for repairing they keep sending people to patch up the roof last time someone came was on 4/19/2019 and today 4/22/2019 my roof is leaking again I'm getting mold now from the water I got a hole in the ceiling because the Sheetrock molding and falling down wish I knew how to post a pic of it Please MCI fix my roof properly read more
