This was an additional payment from our monthly payment around $100. They should have let us know that something wasn't covered and asked how we could pay for it. Should be illegal! Definitely unprofessional! Update... After calling the insurance company to find out what wasn't covered, I found out that the insurance company hadn't paid for several months, claiming that they didn't receive any claims for those months. The office reversed the withdrawl and was willing to apologize for not informing us of the communication (or lack of) between them and the insurance company. Dr. Barnett and his staff are wonderful and we have loved our treatment there. It was unfortunate to have this unexpected hassle today, but it was resolved to our satisfaction.

We discussed the need for certain tools to be put in place to assist in the process, a year later we still don't have them but we're supposed to be installed within the first few months. Multiple appointments have been canceled, Dr refused to see the patients because he didn't want COVID. We have requested a refund due to the lack of service or promised service only for them to offer less than a 30% refund. I've tried to reach out for assistance but no returned calls from finance or upper management. Medina office manager was smug and completely unhelpful. My son has not seen the Dr since Sept 2020 and still no one calls back. DO NOT USE!!
