We began our process visiting multiple orthodontists. My husband and I walked out of them feeling indifferent, until we visited Dr. Barnett. What a completely different atmosphere!!! Extremely kind, helpful, happy staff, beautiful location/space, customer service oriented with ipads for the siblings who have to wait at the appointment and coffee/tea for the adults. I genuinely feel my words do not adequately express the comfort and confidence I have in Dr. Barnett and his staff. I don't know where to begin with Barnett Ortho. They are amazing. We started Brooke's braces in 2013, and she has about 12 months out of 28 left. They had flexible payment options, and always makes sure Brooke is doing well. They send out postcards in the mail, when she gets her brackets tightened, and tell's her they hope she is feeling okay. They are so professional, and courteous. It is kid friendly environment, and the office is beautiful inside and out. All the staff are female, except for Dr. Barnett of course, and they are all so friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone that wants a perfect smile, and wants a perfect place to get it done at. read more

Dr.Barnett and his assistants are very nice and always tell you what to keep doing and the next steps. They have lots of extra activities to earn prizes! Dr.Barnett orthodontics is very welcoming right when you walk in the door. When you become a patient there they give you a tour of the office and everything! You meet everyone and they keep you updated and always tell you what's going on. The assistants are always up for a small conversation about your teeth and always ask if you are happy with your teeth so far. Love this place! We didn't have any type of insurance to cover braces and they have some very flexible payment options. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and appreciated! I love the personal touches they do with the handwritten cards, personal phone calls to follow up and make sure my son is comfortable. I joined the orthodontic game late in life at 36. Even though I can see the office is very good with children, their staff and Dr. Barnett do not make me feel out of place when I am there in the office. I never feel like I am the old patient or embarrassed to have braces. I had a couple issues, that are normal, with my wires when I first started and I was able to make an appointment quickly. The staff has raffles, contests, and even a movie night for younger patients.
