Fast forward to this year, after a bit of operator error on my part, we needed an emergency repair, with my daughter, son in-law and two grandchildren coming to town to go boating. Though the service department was backed up with other repair work, Kiki, Teri, and Steve were able to get me scheduled for that afternoon providing I could get the boat in that morning. Noah and Larson from the sales team were able to do just that, despite the absence of a working starter (that was quite the feat, moving the boat out and around all the other boats down the long dock. Larson even took a plunge in the process). The boat was fixed and back in the Hayden Lake marina late that afternoon, totally saving the weekend for my family. I can't say enough about this organization and the dedicated staff who have consistently gone up and beyond to perform for us. He walked me through everything when I picked it up and gave me his recommendations as well. Few things I could do myself, so he completed his portion and left it easy for me to complete what I knew I could do. Driveway back to shop could use some gravel, but no complainants about his shop, him or the quality of work he provided. I will go to him again.
