I never felt like he was ever actually my agent as I did everything through State Farm directly. The claim was filed quick and efficiently through State Farm. And the 9 months being insured under State Farm the only communication I ever received from Doug was a notice I was being dropped the first of the new year. State Farm as a company was nice to work with. Doug as an agent was an absolutely unpleasant experience.

I have never dealt with a less professional or responsive agency than All State. After 6 weeks and no returned calls, I had to borrow money and pay off my car so I wasn't making payments for a totaled car. They even acknowledged the elderly gentleman was at fault but I can't get them to return a phone call now. Avoid at all costs.
