Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need. And, I'll be telling everyone I know about him, for sure. Plus, he's a family guy, loves his wife daughter and talks about them with lots of love and pride. To me, that goes a long, long way when I think about who I want to support with my money.

The installers are polite, answering all of my questions. Any mess that was made in my basement from running the wiring was cleaned up. If you are considering a genarator I recommend them a 100 % plus. Also, from doing my research I feel a Kohler genarator is far superior than the other brands that are advertised.
