We called about a smell in the hot water. Ron suggested replacing the anode. We did. It didn't…read morehelp. We then were told to replace the tank, so we did. That didn't solve the problem and to date our hot water still has a smell that requires draining the tank monthly. Now we have a leaky pipe, they have come out twice. Today there is a puddle in the basement. I will say TCE are all super friendly and very responsive. The lady on the phone is a borderline Saint. Their customer service attitude is great but a leak is a leak and a third call is out of the question.
