I was very impressed the moment my husband and I walked in…read more We were greeted with smiles and hellos from the girls at the desk and got us registered right away. The waiting room was very clean, spacious, and pleasant. We didn't have to wait long at all before we were called back. The nurse came in and she was also very professional and kind. After taking X-rays ect. it wasn't long before Dr. LaCava made his presence. I was very impressed with him immediately. He explained the X-rays and his plans of attack! He answered all of our questions and gave me a steroid shot to ease the pain and we set up a follow up appointment. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a podiatrist. I have a bunionette (tailor's bunion) by my little toe and Hallux Rigidus in both big toes.

She looked up from the computer and said your insurance is no longer active. I once again explained my self have her the correct information. I than sat in the waiting room for over an hour! I get called in the back finally! I was greeted by Lauren she was nothing but rude! She took me in the room slammed the clip board down and started talking to me like I was a waste of her time! I tried to show her wear the pain in my heal was she didn't even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Then I received a bill in the mail because they billed the wrong Insurance! I tried to call and get this fixed but the office manager is never there! I spoke to her once she was slurring her words I honestly thought she was drunk! She told me she would look into it and call me back. Not once have I got a call back and I have left numerous messages. I will not go back nor will I recommend him to anyone!
