Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

I was uneasy during the entire process as there was an overall apathy towards my case. Someone was supposed to call me back twice in one week but did not. I signed the agreement to pay a reduced fine which is submitted to the court by the attorney. When I contacted the court I was told the attorney has not submitted the agreement and that was truly frustrating. In the final analysis, hiring this lawyer to "handle my ticket" was a frustration and something I could have done myself. Not worth it. I depend on Yelp for accurate and authentic reviews, but this time it did not work out as I expected.

The Wilkerson group took care of everything I needed with just one call. Robert S Gregg has been doing this too long to let a sorry excuse of a staff allow his business to depreciate. The car our daughter was driving was ours and both she and the car were under our insurance. A hospital ride, a totaled car, and several visits to Reyes' recommended doctors, and then a new car with a new car payment, our daughter ended up leaving school due to headaches and arm pain from the accident. This was in 2023. Here we are, exactly 3 years later, both our insurance company and the other driver's insurance company have issued a settlement to the firm, however no payment. Meanwhile, texts go unanswered (their preferred method of communication), a new car payment later and the inability for our daughter to return to school (need the settlement to pay for enrollment) and we are constantly ghosted. The firm never sought remedy against the other driver's parents company for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate their commercial vehicle and no inquiry to Fiat regarding the undeployed airbags (not a single bad deployed on her then only a four year old car) in an accident that was so major that the police report indicated our daughter's car was hit so hard that it went airborne and hit another vehicle in oncoming traffic. Again when all of this addressed via text, crickets. Finally they reached some sort of settlement to where she (us to pay off her new car and help with school) receives less than half. Certainly doesn't pay off the car but it may help with two semesters of college and keep the student loan calls at bay for even a little while. As parents, this is our fault. Although she was over the age of 18, she was still considered a dependent because she lives with us and the vehicle was ours. I called the firm when I should have done some additional research. In summation, we received a text over two weeks ago in response to a text that was dated 3/9 (the third anniversary of the accident) what the final dollar amount we would receive is. All other daily texts inquiring as to when we can expect to receive the hardly worth the effort settlement have gone without response.

Tom is incompetent and a failure as an attorney. At intake, they will state that they have a high…read moredismissal rate for whichever Creditor is suing you. It is a scripted response. However, instead of dismissal, you will be advised by the firm to settle. Stay away from this place. Once they have your money, you wont get a response. Tom doesn't speak directly to clients. You will have to leave multiple messages with call screeners and send alot of emails to get a response from him.

Hired Lee Law to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy. They are near impossible to communicate with. They…read moreare slow to respond to emails, if at all. They DO NOT return phone calls, or contact you to update you on your case. The force you to only communicate with paralegals instead of your attorney. The courts, not the Lee Law firm, notified me that my case was dismissed because Lee Law missed the mandatory confirmation hearing (without notifying me), which constituted as a court delay, causing the case to be dismissed by the courts. Therefore loosing any protection provided by Ch. 13. Attempted many times to contact Lee Law to resolve the issue and received no response regarding the courts claims, just an email from a paralegal that didn't address the dismissal letter from the courts. Don't walk, RUN from this law firm!
