They are considerate and work with you to get the exact style and experience you want your photos to portray. I could not have been happier with them or with the finished product. They are creative in their style of photography but are more than happy to take traditional shots if you want them (or odds are your parents want them), which is just one example of their flexibility. They also spent our entire wedding day with us. They were at each of our "getting ready" locations around 9:30 am and stayed through everything until about 10 or 10:30 that evening. Taryn's guidance from what type of clothing to wear to locations for the shoot, made for a very professional experience. She was prepared, informed and knew exactly where and what she wanted to shoot. I simply followed behind to watch her do her thing. Initially, I was nervous that my son would not be able to relax and that it would be awkward, but Taryn killed it on that front. She had a very relaxed, casual style of conversing while taking photos that put my son at ease. Her knowledge of the local area, how the light hits at precise moments with the setting sun and her general awareness of what she wanted to capture in two hours, was impressive. A skylight that gave a wonderful diffused light, with lots of white walls that really filled in shadows well. I normally shoot with a lot of lighting equipment, and it just wasn't necessary at the location due to the natural light. Lastly, Jasano was a fantastic host. He showed me around the studio, made sure I had what I needed. Excellent wifi, and bluetooth, because how can one shoot without music. Thanks again, I will be back next time I'm in Pittsburgh.

I absolutely love this concept, but I do think there's a great deal of room to improve the execution. The lighting was poor and the rooms were only dressed on the back side, so the photos all have stark white walls without some creative cropping. For $20/person, you get what you pay for, so I'm not devastated that this was the case. Something good to keep in mind, and definitely worth checking out with minimal expectations!
