Jennifer did not do my taxes correctly. I needed to bring in the correct W2 with the employers EIN…read morenumber so that Jennifer could E fill, but she sent it anyway. In the mean time I forgot my Mortgage Property Tax form 1098 that had over $6000.00 in deductions. When I brought that in she stated that it would not make a difference. Went to two different tax places and they told me how wrong she was and that she was just being lazy. Because she filed my taxes with out all the correct forms she would need to file an amended form and she didn't want to do that. Going from owing the IRS to they owe me close to $2000.00. DO NOT USE this service.

We would call to get some questions answered and they said they do not take calls through the tax season, really? We had to go and hire an actual CPA, which she is obviously not.
