She quoted us roughly $1,100 to accomplish that. In the months that followed we got invoiced over 3 times that amount and when asked how much longer it would take and how much it would cost, I was told another $1,800-$2,000. So $1,100 became $5,400! She was always behind and I could never understand her system because she wasn't going in order. The way she was imputing everything didn't make sense. Her attitude every time she talked to us was very unprofessional. She just send an email canceling our contract last week (honestly I'm not upset about that, that's actually a great thing). But after giving me a deadline to pay my balance of $1,600 (again, my books for 2022 are still not done), I asked for a report of what has been completed and she simply will not answer me. Now I have to scramble to find someone to make some sense out of what she did with my books and finish it less than one month before I'm supposed to be filing my taxes. I feel she only cares about the money and not about her clients, otherwise she would at least answer my message and emails to let me know how far she got with 2022 and what's missing. She also claimed to me that January through April was done, however she did not upload any pictures of receipts or checks. BEWARE

Basically if I cannot print something on an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper I find myself with a jump drive and headed to Fed Ex (pro tip: you can just email it to them to print now.) Cut things - Not your normal arts and craft things, but lets say you have a poster you need to cut down to frame. And lets say the crabby old lady at the store that sells frames just gives you a big 'ol case of the "stink eye" for asking her to cut it down. Well, Fed Ex has the equipment to do it. And they help you do it. And it is free. Ship Things - When it just doesn't fit in my mailbox and i want to pay the postage, etc, I can do it here. Now look, I am sure there is a bunch of other stuff they do here that I am sure gets done as wonderfully as the things I use them for. But for me it is 3 basic things. And they do them well and with a smile on their face.

The clerk over the phone was very friendly and gave me perfect directions (it's on the same side of the street as the Newgate Mall right next to Ross in the same parking lot). I visited on a Saturday approximately 3 pm. Keep in mind this was not a holiday weekend. The returns are in the front of the store with excellent signage. There were three people in front of me when arriving, and another three newcomers when I left. Only one clerk behind the counter but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They do not give you receipts here for your returns (anymore as I was told). That said, Amazon received my package and I received my refund so everything went well. No photos included because I don't think it's appropriate to photograph others in a public setting without their knowledge even if their backs are turned.

When I got to my appointment, I prepared everything down to the minimum detail for Mr. Thomas, as instructed by him last year when we first met. He clearly mentioned last year to be very specific about details for my tax return, given the complexity. Last year, he gave me the impression of being a nice and kind person, who was really happy to help. I provided my package to the front desk lady, with the recommendation not to disrupt the order when making copies. When I entered the office, my package was in a mess, and I had to explain where the essential stuff was. I had made all calculations for Mr. Thomas, he just had to plug in the numbers, and I had preserved all related activities and receipts to my 1099s to facilitate any further reading, if required. The individual literally exploded at a certain point with the above words, and kicked me out. It's funny that I was filing for a large income, and this guy just literally said it was too much work. I would have been happy to pay a great fee for his work, but he decided to show me the door instead. Well done Mr. Thomas! I'll put out great words about this place...

It seems like that would be easy to look up, but she was mad at me for not knowing or telling her. She sent me texts and different messages in their portal. One saying she had to have a letter and another questioning if I did. One saying she'd take care of it immediately and the other saying they couldn't because of the letter.
