The Horse Trails were AWESOME. Well marked. If you are an advance rider I suggest the green and blue trails. Did I mention the dancing? Yes they had a great live band. We didn't get a chance to do the other activities but I am sure everyone had a good time. The other rides were very friendly with great stories about their adventures. She explained to me that they had a walking tour as well as a drive through. They even give you buckets of food so you can feed the animals, apparently they come right up to you. I didn't take the tour but she invited me to continue to take a look around. Everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves and I didn't hear any wild animals on the loose. Maybe next time I'll take the drive through tour, if things go wrong I know I can't outrun an animal but I can certainly out drive one.

No frills. Just Easy peasy. There were so many animals and they were all very active. There's also a petting barn where you can get out of your car and see goats, birds and lemurs. People are complaining about the long drive thru or not seeing animals? Well it's not a zoo. It's more of a natural habitat for them. And it was awesome. It's worth doing at least once. We will definitely go back. The zebras and giraffes were my favorite. You can also drive thru as many times as you want so keep that in mind when considering the price. And it's not busy or packed at all. You can take your time.

Great campground. Well maintained and close to amenities. Sites are large and level. Nice beach…read morearea, playground and lakeside sites. We stayed in January so it was very quiet as in we were one camp of three in the entire park. Not a lot of easily identifiable hiking trails. I was told they exist but never did find them. Host campers and volunteer staff were great people. Only complaint was the cold temperatures..... but that one is even beyond the Federal government ability to control. Will stay again.
