Limped the shredded tire to a spot where we had cell service ( 1 tiny bar when held just so) and finally talked to Mr Beslows at the Napa parts. He appeared and rescued us and found us a tire! Closing the shop early to come pick us up! It took time and he was upfront about the cost. We paid 300 for towing- reminder we were on a forest service road and he had to find us. We paid for a tire and labor and his tow truck was warm on the way to the shop. He is highly recommended by Mike and Debra from Georgia!

When we rolled into town, NAPA was closed for the day, so we got a room and I went back in the morning. The shop was already poppin', but he fit my vehicle in and accurately diagnosed the problem with my clutch. Unfortunately for us, they didn't have the parts on hand for my Kia Soul. He was honest about the time it would take to get the parts, which was days, and this was a Friday. He had options to try and get us home if we couldn't wait for the parts. James showed me in detail what parts were needed and exactly what was happening with my car. After all was said and done, a little over $100 for their work (They bled out the fluid and filled it with new, as well as getting in my engine to find the problem and explain it to me so I could show a mechanic when I got home. Well, we're home and the car is at Kia. This is day 4 of my car sitting down there with nothing done, yet they want to charge me $240.00 to "diagnose" the problem. I wish we had stayed in Packwood.

We slammed into a pothole that took out our right front…read moretire, and then called our insurance company to sort out getting us towed for a replacement (our car doesn't have a spare, nor a jack, how stupid). They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. We heard from the dealer later that night, the flat was fixed by 10pm, and we picked up the car the next morning. Thanks, Art and Easy Towing for making a painful experience as painless as possible!
