The tow truck drivers were amazing--professional, reassuring, and so kind during what could have easily been a chaotic moment. They made a tough situation feel manageable. I especially want to thank the office staff for being so wonderful with my kids. Instead of making us feel like we were just waiting around, they made my kids feel comfortable and welcome and let them just be kids while we waited. As a parent, that meant everything to me. But anyway... It had been...a week. My younger son's car has been in the shop so he has been borrowing his brother's car while his brother is out of the country. His brother's car is a finicky starter and had needed jumped a couple of times during the week. Needless to say, my son and I were over the car troubles completely. Well, he got the car started and went to fill it up, then of course it wouldn't start again. We tried everything we could think of until we called for a tow. When Cory responded, he diagnosed the problem before even putting it on the flatbed. When he put it down in front of my house, he was able to prove his theory and tell us where to get it fixed for the best price.
