James showed me in detail what parts were needed and exactly what was happening with my car. After all was said and done, a little over $100 for their work (They bled out the fluid and filled it with new, as well as getting in my engine to find the problem and explain it to me so I could show a mechanic when I got home. Well, we're home and the car is at Kia. This is day 4 of my car sitting down there with nothing done, yet they want to charge me $240.00 to "diagnose" the problem. I wish we had stayed in Packwood.
