Larry completed the repairs in less than 48 hours. The total costs for the repair was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to take any other vehicles I needed to have worked on to Doc's. In a day when too many mechanics or service companies try to take advantage of the customer, it was refreshing to have honest work done at an affordable rate.

August 17th, I had an oil change at Wilmes Chevrolet. During that time, I never received an…read moreinspection sheet, only a bill, and it was paid. Fast forward one week and one of my tires was leaking, so I took it into Billingsley Ford because they were the only shop that could fix my tire at the time. The service technician from Billingsley came out after bringing in my vehicle for a tire repair and stated that they could not fix my tire because it was already severely damaged. The technician showed me and my husband that there was damage to three of the four tires that were severely worn. I told the technician that I just had my tires rotated from Wilmes and the technician said that should have brought to your attention at the time of service. I called Wilmes and a gentleman from the service department pulled my file from that day and stated there was no inspection sheet for my vehicle. Later that week I contacted the manager Steven Gribble and explained what I experienced and his excuse was they had run out of inspection sheets. This is not okay to not let the customer know the current issues with the vehicle it came in to be serviced for. The wear on the tires was so severely damaged the in inner material wires were showing. This should have been brought to my attention at the time of service.
