The Medici sold tickets to a zoom presentation of Robert Wittman lecture series for $38.77. I…read morepurchased a ticket, but was unable to enter the Zoom "room" for over 10 minutes so I had to contact them by phone to let me in. When I was finally admitted their camera angle made the presentation SIDEWAYS. I called AGAIN to tell them to turn their camera. The audio was so bad I couldn't understand the presenter and they were so far away from him I couldn't see his slides. This was the most unprofessional operation I've ever experienced. It was awful. I eventually just logged off. After contacting the President of the Museum to request a full refund, I've heard nothing from them. Their customer service is awful and I would not recommend patronizing this museum.

After being there for a few minutes one of the employees comes up and starts yelling at me for parking next to it incase they needed to collect the dumpster after telling her sorry it was our first time visiting she continues to yell at me for parking there and that I should have parked in the front parking. She insisted we didn't need to move when I said oh I'll just leave then. She kepts saying oh with the littles you don't have to leave. Well you thought I needed to move 3 minutes ago when you started this conversation yelling at me in front of them. Maybe for the future the staff should put a no parking sign in that spot then. Myself and my kids left. The car ride home my daughter kept asking why we got yelled at and had to leave. I mean truly everyone wonders why libraries are dying and no one goes well maybe some kindness from employees would go along way. The whole thing could have been approached differently. I won't be visiting again, there's plenty of other libraries with easier parking and nicer staff in the area to visit.

Well, I haven't been here in a long time as I have allowed the Internet to pretty much replace the…read morelibrary need in my life. However, my kids wanted to go and my 8-year old was able to get his own library card of which he was excited to get. Off we go, me and my three boys, we walk to the library. Yes, it is very, very close to my house. Once inside, I can tell a lot has changed for the better since my last visit many years ago. They have many computers to use for locating books or perusing the Internet. They have a fantastic kids room where they can read their reading level books, build puzzles, color, etc. They have several kid sized tables, chairs and bean bags for them to sit and enjoy whatever activity they are doing. Very neat and fun for the kids. I enjoyed watching my oldest son as he insisted in finding the books he wanted by himself. When he had trouble, he asked the assistants at the circulation desk instead of me because-he wanted to do it all by himself. So proud of my little guy. While he perused for books, my two younger boys played with puzzles and colored in the various coloring books. They each chose a book as well to bring home to read. This library is a great place to spend some time and great for the kids to have and keep an interest in reading. They also may kids reading programs throughout the year and having Story Time for the little ones once a week. We had a great time. An hour and half and 8-books checked out later, we were on our way home. It was a lot of fun.
