The seats were very comfortable and there was a complimentary charging station in the seats near the window. My tour group was small (10 people in total) and they are all friendly and nice! Now the major factor in the tour is the unpredictable weather of Scotland. In my tour, it rained most of the trip, but the driver Chris was very strategic and re-arranged the itinerary to ensure we had the best possible experience at every stop we made. He was also very knowledgeable and gave fun facts and history bits. He even drove safely and always stopped to let the sheep cross the road. Some notable stops: - Quirang -I pretended I was a weather lady reporting the windy conditions - Broadford - I found lots of British exclusive chocolate and I had a big pile I took back on the bus - Fairy pools - an epic 2 hour hike with a bunch of rain - Loch Lomond - this went on for miles and miles and it was beautiful and blue - Sheep - lots of sheep everywhere - Dunvegan Castle - has a beautiful garden Overall, if you want an epic tour of the highlands do the 4 day and ensure that Chris is your driver!

It was almost like he could care less of what we saw or didn't see he just wanted to get this done and over with.This was the worst tour experience I've ever had. Then I contacted the company for a partial refund and they refused. They gave me all kinds of excuses. Along with the driver lying saying, there were no places to pull over, which was a big, fat lie. There was plenty of spots for him to pull over. He just had no interest.What bad business?

It means a lot to know you're in good hands. Derek introduced us to a lot of local customs and hideouts that we wouldn't have known about without his suggestion - including imbibing on a wee dram of 12 year old scotch and dinner on the wharf in Oban that was to DIE for. A relaxed vibe in here (except on Saturdays!) where you can exchange money and book excursions and other things on top of planning and booking a holiday. Super easy to pay up all holidays, simply jumping in to pay off a wee bit more at a time up until 3 months before your departure date. Booked a holiday from here that was the backdrop to our wedding and it was amazing. We didn't have a great time with travelling, and when we told them about the specifics they were shocked and immediately got on top of it and fought our case with the parties involved on our behalf. However, we had need of a more customised holiday trip than just a standard return flight as we want to got to New Zealand and then spend a few days in Sydney on the way back; so as we were passing and purely on a whim, we went in here to see what they could offer. As it turns out, they specialise in Oz & NZ flights and Craig, the assistant manager, was super helpful and advised us on several different options. We went home with a brochure and made a list of things we wanted to include, then (having made an appointment) we went back in to meet Craig again. After immediately saving us nearly £1000 by going with a different airline (via Gatwick, my least favourite airport, but hey ho), Craig immediately got on the phone whilst we went and did a bit of shopping. Twenty minutes later, he had put together the whole itinerary, including hotels, car hire, ferries, flights - the lot! It's probably the most expensive holiday we've ever booked, and I don't know how much more or less it would have cost had we tried to sort everything out ourselves; but I really don't care! The time it saved, and the ease at which Craig put this complete package together made it entirely worthwhile, as all we need to do now (apart from paying the balance of course!) is turn up at the airport, secure in the knowledge that every detail of the trip is taken care of.
