Do not recommend for service. Poor communication and lack of transparency. Everything is now communicated digitally which eliminates the human element of discussing potential repairs - an estimate was provided with 10+ line items totaling to over $5,000 with ZERO call to discuss what's required vs suggested. When I did not select the right options to fix my issue, I waited another 3 hours before I heard anything....and that's after I reached out (screenshot below). Ultimately, my car was not fixed & I walked away with a $400 tire rotation and oil change...with an entire day lost. If you do go for service, I would advise working with someone other than Doug Foltz. I have reached out to customer service manager 2x without a call back to discuss next steps.

Extremely disappointing experience. This was by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I never received a clear answer about what was wrong with my vehicle. Even after telling them the door was letting in water. They kept my car for three days without even 'diagnosing' the issue (side door water leak). This was the third time I've brought the car in for the same problem- each time they claimed it was fixed, and each time the issue returned. After being ignored through countless texts and several phone calls, I finally went in person to pick up my car- only to find that nothing had been done. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you expect clear communication or reliable service.

    2020 Jeep Cherokee

I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee on the 13th of July due to an accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I wish I would have done my part and read through peoples reviews prior to my purchase. Thankfully, I was advised to purchase the extended warranty in which I did. During my test drive, the Jeep ran well. No engine issues or any other problems of the sort. On the day of pick up, the Jeep tire sensors were indicating warnings and needing immediate attention. The Jeep was taken to the service department to which it was undetermined and needing to be checked again. Till this day, I have taken the Jeep back five times and there is no recourse to when this will be fixed or how it will be fixed. I feel I am getting the run around every week. I text the service department checking the status and the response is the same. Let me check with the manager. I will not suggest buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I thought after leaving the Jeep for repair for five weeks, they'd have an answer. Even till this day, the dealership couldn't ever get this fixed. Something so simple, can't get remedied. I was advised to just come get my vehicle because it couldn't be fixed. Let the buyer beware, you take a risk buying a used vehicle. Bottom line is, they don't do the right thing. I got conned into buying a contract that doesn't benefit it's purpose. I put 20k down and have experienced nothing but stress and frustration, constantly worrying if I received a reliable vehicle for which I had prior to my incident. Boy, I miss my Toyota Camry and would have loved to have had that fixed vs this headache.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I had the worst customer service experience of my entire life at this place. My truck broke down across town and we called this place to see if they could assist us in determining what was wrong with it. My truck is a 2020 ram. They told me that if we had it there by 2 PM that they could take a look at it. We show up around one and they proceeded to tell the tow truck driver to park it in the back lot. I question why there was nobody looking at it and they informed me that they were behind by two days and a mechanic would not be available for 2 to 3 days to evaluate the truck. After waiting multiple days I called to get an update and they finally tell me that the MGU needs to be replaced. No one can seem to tell me what that even meant at the time. It was covered under the emissions warranty so thankfully we can get it fixed without costing much. They told me that the truck should be available by 5 o'clock on Friday since I lived out of town two hours away. At 5:50 PM on Friday, they finally called to tell me that it still wouldn't start after replacing that. The mechanic had recommended replacing the starter and battery at this point. I just replaced both of those in the previous couple months so I questioned the need for that. I was told that I would have to wait until Monday because the mechanic was not available. Monday morning comes around and I agreed to have those both replaced, which apparently fixed the starting issue. I had to drive up there to see if it was done because getting a hold of people there isn't the easiest thing. The final cost to replace a battery, starter, and battery sensor was $1600! A little frustrated, I paid and went outside for him to pull my truck around. Once he pulls my truck around, the first thing I noticed was a 8" scratch in my front bumper. I told him that that wasn't there before and he went to go speak to the service manager, Ty. Ty's response was to tell me that I should contact the tow driver because they probably damaged it while moving my truck. I said no, I meticulously watched them load and unload my truck, and it did not take place with them. He offered that I could come back on a day their paint touchup guy is there, which again, I live two hours out of town. After discussing this for a while, Ty finally agrees to pay up to $250 locally, once I got it fixed, and reimburse me. We will see if that happens. In the meantime, we start loading my truck up with my stuff and noticed the passenger window has been left down. There is still snow piled on top of my door jam and you can tell where it's run down the door all over the place. It looks like dried water in some places and actively running in others. Snow is piled up in my seat and all over the floorboard as well. I asked for Ty to come outside and look at this and I proceeded to explain how disappointing and ridiculous the customer service is at his dealership. His response was "what do you want me to do about it?", in a very non-caring way. I said I don't know, this isn't my dealership. I would think you guys would take better care of vehicles and customers with all of this. I am literally wiping the door jams off as he's just standing there offering zero help or resolution to any of these issues. There was no getting towels to help clean it off, offering detail service, discounting the ridiculous bill, nothing. From start to finish this process was an absolute nightmare. Their communication sucks. Their service sucks. The quality of what they do sucks. Their customer service manager called me a couple days later and I explained this all to her. She apologized and absolutely agreed that this stuff should never happen. I told her the response of all these issues was absolutely unacceptable. I'd hoped that providing the feedback to her would've brought a phone call from management to discuss how crappy this dealership is, but nothing. Stay clear of this place.

Unfortunately, after arriving, I discovered several issues that had not been disclosed before I made the trip. The truck had a cracked front windshield, a trailer hitch ball that was locked in place with no key available for removal, and only one key fob instead of two. While inspecting the vehicle more closely, I also noticed that the paint-marked bolts securing the driver's-side front fender had visible tool marks and scratches consistent with prior removal. I observed similar marks on the driver's door hinge bolts. In contrast, the corresponding bolts on the passenger side appeared untouched and in their original condition. This raised concerns for me about the possibility of prior repair work or accident damage that was not disclosed and was not reflected on the Carfax report. As a result of these findings, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I spent $716 on airfare, in addition to the time and expense of traveling, only to discover issues that I believe should have been communicated before I made the trip. I understand that used vehicles can have imperfections, but I believe customers traveling long distances deserve complete and transparent disclosure of any known condition issues so they can make an informed decision before investing significant time and money. This took place on 07/14/2026.

He thinks I'm that stupid to not understand those questionnaires, I knew he did it for himself, get more money of course. I should have reported him months ago. Shady Experience and Poor Transparency -- Walked Away Disappointed…read more I recently went to this dealership to buy a car for my elderly mother. I was greeted by Blaine, who showed me the car and joined me on a test drive. From the start, I made it clear that I didn't want to play the usual "back and forth" pricing games -- I asked him to give me his best offer up front. After taking quite a while to "check with his manager," Blaine came back and told me that the very car I had just driven was already sold. That immediately raised red flags. He then said they had other cars available online, but when he returned 10-15 minutes later, the price he quoted was higher than the online price, by $1000+. He tried to explain that they were "giving me money off" what they had invested in the car, but the sticker price was actually about $1,000 over what was listed online. To make things worse, he said the dealership would "only make $120" on the deal -- a line that sounded scripted and designed to make the offer seem fair. It was clear he'd been trained to say all the right things while still trying to justify inflated pricing. Overall, the entire process felt misleading, disorganized, and condescending, especially toward a single woman just trying to buy a reliable car for her elderly mother. I chose to walk away rather than get caught in a shady transaction. If you value honesty, transparency, and respect, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The vehicle had approximately $2,400 in dealer add-ons (Fletcher Advantage, protection package, window tint, etc.) added on top of the MSRP. I wasn't asking for those items for free. I simply asked that they be removed so we could negotiate starting from Honda's MSRP. The sales manager repeatedly told me, "We can do that." But instead of removing the add-ons and presenting a new price, he continued explaining what each package included and why it was valuable. After the first explanation, I told him I understood and again asked him to remove them. I made the same request four more times. Each time he said he could, but never actually went back to his computer to remove them. He just continued trying to justify the packages. Eventually I told him, "You keep saying you can remove them, but you haven't actually done it. You just keep explaining them." Negotiating a vehicle price is expected. What I didn't expect was not being allowed to negotiate from the actual MSRP after repeatedly being told the dealer add-ons could be removed. If the add-ons are optional, then remove them when a customer asks. If they're mandatory, just say they're mandatory. Don't repeatedly tell a customer you'll remove them while continuing to sell them instead. The entire experience felt more like a sales tactic than an honest negotiation, and unfortunately it left me looking elsewhere for my purchase.

I purchased this car to take out of state as my job has me working in Arkansas as well as California. Because of the miles I drive i brought it home to get the 1st maintenance done here in Bentonville where I purchased the car. I made my appointment and showed up on time. Apparently today was very busy so instead of the original 1 hour for this service it would be more like two hours. That was fine but I needed to return to work so the shuttle took me back. Then at 5:46p I get two panic notifications on my app and nothing else. I called the service department only to find they have closed for the day and I could not find out anything until 7am tomorrow! So, I am sitting at home with no car and no idea the status of my "routine maintenance". For reference the car only has 6,450 miles and would be due for first maintenance at 8k but thought i would tackle this early. The car has run fine and its my intention to keep it as such but the level of customer service at this dealership is the absolute worse. No phone call, no nothing. I reached out by facebook messenger to reach someone and I get an offsite agent to help live chat. When I explained what happened they ask for my phone number (they all of a sudden don't have it?) and my email and will have someone get back to me. Then they give me the same number I called and tell me to call this number if I need further assistance. I find it ridiculous that Christian Crain states he is "focused on people and obsessed with customer service"! He needs to change his bio on their website because this is twice now within 5 months of purchasing a new car that your customer service SUCKS to put it bluntly. I thought the first time after it was resolved it may be a one and only but now with service...you clearly do not care about the customer experience, you care about getting the customer's money. I'm reading all these negative reviews about the service department....Christian Crain may you need to step out of your ivory tower and read this comments which are only from one dealership...hope the rest are better. I will never recommend this dealership or the Crain name.
