The experience is one of the most comfortable I have been to, setting me up in the room with blankets, pillows, relaxing music, lavender scents, and keeping the temperature in the room at a good level. He has also treated me with massage & moxa therapy which has been super as well. Moxa is only a slight charge more. I am still having back pain and didn't feel better after the session but I am hopeful my 2nd appt will provide relief. The massage was alright but their heat was broken. I was absolutely freezing the entire session…read morewith cold air blowing on me the entire time. It's January and 20 degrees outside so I started thinking their heat wasn't working because only cold air was coming out from the vents. Upon complaining, the lady said she didn't notice it was cold and added a towel to my super thin sheet cover. After I was done, I realized the thermostat said 66 degrees. In the lobby, the front desk lady had a coat on the chair that she was wearing because the lobby must have been low 60s or 50s. I will not be returning.
