I booked with Shae for deep tissue therapy as another reviewer mentioned her effectiveness.. I highly recommend trying this place if you have stubborn knots, trigger points that need someone with experience to help you get them out. Shae was great to talk to and even the conversation helped me relax. Seriously, treat yourself to a visit here. Definitely will be back again soon. Something called to me today and boy am I glad I stopped. I ended up having a 30 min acupressure session with Ke. It was extremely relaxing and just what I needed to destress after a busy work week. Ke managed to hit all my trouble spots in my neck and shoulders. Not to be crass but I always a good butt massage because people often forget that your butt connects your back and legs so much stress stems from there. Ke didn't miss a beat but was extremely professional. I noticed there are cameras in the treatment area too so no one can claim otherwise. For $30 this was worth every penny. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately brought to the area to get worked on. I scheduled a 20 minute foot detox 20 minute reflexology and 30 minutes of massage. There were two people there, a man and a woman. The woman was easy to communicate with and understand but the man new little to no English so the lady translated for him. I had the man work on me and he did a wonderful job throughout. He really helped loosen my super tight muscles and was a very kind man. I will definitely return to Life Studio.

She ran through a normal massage, nothing to write home about. As someone who gets massages on a regular basis, I know a great massage from an average. This was very average. At the end of the massage, the lady stayed in the room while I got dressed. It was very uncomfortable. Social cues? None there... She even directly asked me if I was going to tip (while I was still putting my clothes on). That was weird and poor customer service. She watched me pull out my wallet, and as I went through my bills, she had the nerve to complain that I only tipped her $10. She said "only $10, what about that $20?". Excuse me? Who are you talking to...? I should have never tipped her. The fact that she did not give me any privacy, and then had the audacity to ask for MORE money after delivering a sub-par massage... ridiculous. Did I forget to mention that it was even a full hour, too? I laid down at 5:30 and she stopped at 6:20... if I am paying $80 for an hour, I would like an hour. This is not rocket science, in fact, it's actually a relatively logical system to follow. I would not recommend going here. Unprofessional and not a great massage.
