This place has a list of my medication's which I guess Dr. Jackson couldn't read too well.... got tired of seeing her and a doctor with the first name of Brock and I've never gotten a "have a nice day" it's always "your released" very rude and non-compassionate. My PCP is listed as Dr. Gieseke I tried to make an appointment with her to get a medication refill. But the rude front desk said she's not accepting new patients. I'm not a new patient. She's been my PCP for years. The withdrawal symptoms from this medication can be deadly If not tapered down gently. Just burnt out on this whole ordeal. I'm battling prostate cancer I just feel like compassion from the doctors should be a given, but I guess I was wrong

Very important when treating patients. Today I had a follow up appointment which happened to be scheduled with Dr Kumar. This man is argumentative, dismissive, condescending and overall unhelpful. I'm recently finding this to be the norm with male Doctors, discrediting a woman's intelligence especially if they are deemed poor (Medicaid) and/or a women of color. Dr Kumar was so argumentative and disrespectful that I had to walk out mid appointment, leaving the office in tears. This is why so many women go untreated for conditions that can be life threatening, dealing with dismissive know it all doctors like Dr Kumar. It's a shame such good nurse practitioners are working under such a terrible doctor. I will never return to this office!

We are relatively healthy people, but those times we need to make an appointment, we are able to get onto their schedule in a reasonable timeframe. We also like that this is a practice is locally owned and managed and is not associated with big corporate healthcare companies.

He has always had an answer for every question I've asked. He knows what he's doing. He is exactly as confident as he should be. Dr. Herron is professional, respectful, and attentive to patient needs. His explanations are neutral yet comprehensive, covering potential side effects, expected timelines, follow-up schedules, and cost considerations. I have always felt empowered to make informed decisions about my health based on the information and guidance he provides. At no time have I felt pressured into pursuing unnecessary or "add-on" services. I disagree with the negative reviews I've read here, and find them to be quite inappropriate. It makes sense that compounded services could produce better results; it can be expected for the price to go up. These are medical services, not McDoubles. The clinic's prices are fair. The staff provides a comfortable and relaxed environment. They may be a little giggly, but they're beautiful! Plus, they have great snacks. 5 stars. Make an appointment, see for yourself.

The issue I have is with the front office staff. I can never get through when contacting by phone. I was able to get an appointment scheduled however needed to reschedule it. Have been trying to call them since last week and unsuccessful at getting through. When you call them between the hours of 8 am - 9:10 am the phone lines are still turned off although the office is OPEN... try calling at any other time and you get put on hold then get an answering system to leave a message for a call back but no one will call You back. If I miss my appointment I will get charged for missing it but I'm not even able to get through to reschedule or cancel if needed. I'm doing my due diligence as a patient to give my more than 24 hours notice and reschedule so this is Super frustrating. Usually when I go in, there are Like 5 people sitting in the front. I know it's busy at times which is expected but it's still a professional business and I've worked in doctors offices in the past so I know it's not that hard to answer the phones.

Have been seeing Dr Nathanson here for 6 years, then Colorado Physicians took over. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! Was off my asthma meds for 6 weeks because no one responded to pharmacy request for refill or my phone calls. Front desk refused to let me see another dr in the practice and said I had to wait another 2 weeks until Dr Nathanson had an opening. After my throwing a fit, they scheduled me with a different dr, who found a heart murmur but didn't note in my record. "I didn't take any notes during our consultation"! Didn't return any of my calls. Took a call to the practice manager to get a referral for the heart ultrasound that dr ordered but didn't make a note of. Spent 8 hours on the phone fighting with hospital when turned away on the day of my test because dr didn't send his notes-that insurance required to approve procedure. This time took call to practice manager and threat to file complaint with state medical board to get the notes. Then none of my calls to discuss the results were returned. When I went in today to get my meds refilled-rather than go without and have to fight for weeks again-was informed by Physician's Assitant (Direct quote) "Our drs do not have access to our voicemails. Only the medical assistants do and we don't always get the message..... When we transferred to new system we lost all records prior to Oct 2024." My entire medical history including life threatening allergies is now unavailable to the doctors, and the doctors know they are not getting messages from patients. She thought the the situation "was an inconvenience." Not only is that lack of information very dangerous!. It is illegal! Medical professionals are required to keep records for 7 years AFTER the last time they see a patient.

The my didn't I finally got in to do my work and they asked me what lab works I needed. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT LABS I NEED? I've asked for them and they should be documented in my chart! Who brings a list of lab work they need to every blood draw? I've been trying to get these blood work drawn for 2 weeks! I was seen by Dr Lewis for all of 5 minutes upon my initial evaluation, then asked to be seen again in 3 months for my physical. Medications I've been on previously i expected to be transferred over and refilled. The first refill I received was incorrect. When I asked Dr Lewis through the patient portal, he informed me that he needed my medical records from my previous doctor. I said no problem, wondering why I didn't obtain the required document during my initial visit. I went in that day and completed the release, giving it to the office manager. Close to a month later, there had not been any update so I called the front desk. Kayla told me that the office manager lost it and needed me to come back and complete another form. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So much for HIPAA and my privacy. Update 1/4 at 7:37pm - Just when this trainwreck couldn't get any worse ... I just got off the phone with Dr Scott about a prescription that was never called in by Dr Lewis, who said i should go back to my old primary care doctor. UNBELIEVABLE! Too bad he retired last year. I will certainly be filing various complaints through the Department of Heath and Office for Civil Rights, State Board of Medical Examiners and seeking legal counsel.
