It too them 15 minutes to be able to tell me it would be at least 90 minutes to get a truck to me. (Who wants to call India to call for a local service??) I just…read moreneeded a simple jump but my truck was in an awkward place and so Andy and Rick were able to move it safely and easily. I just loved their customer service! My kids were running around outside and not only did they carry on a professional and very personable conversation but his partner Rick even played telephone with my two-year-old with a pack of toothbrushes that was his pretend phone. I can't tell you how sweet it was that they treated all my kids which such respect and didn't bat an eye! Based on the fact that they came earlier than expected, they fixed the problem easily and very quickly and they treated me and my children so nicely...I want to leave them a 5 star review! Sometimes you get people to come out and do a job... A job done well as great! It was 8 p.m. and we had no cell service. A kind stranger stopped and let us use his phone so we could contact our roadside assistance. It took quite a while as apparently there were several emergencies that night. When Tyler (our tow truck driver) finally came, he very efficiently got us all hooked up. It took some time as he had to drop the driveline. We rolled into Toppenish about 1:30 a.m. exhausted but when he went to the address our insurance company gave him, it was an empty parking lot. Toppenish is not the safest town to be in, especially at night so Tyler called his boss, Cody and asked if he could bring us to the tow yard in Granger for the night until we could arrange for repairs the next day. We stayed over and a kind Auto Zone employee brought us the truck part we needed and we got out of there around 3:30 p.m. It was really nice to see that there are still so many good people in this world. He treated me and my family with the upmost kindness. He tow my car to my home, then I had to have him reload it and take it over to the auto body shop. I felt like I was a customer and not just a fee! I got an invoice through my text message, called them up and talked to Bill. It seems that my insurance didn't give him enough information. Once my insurance paid the claim, I called back and took care of it. Bill apologized for my insurance not giving him better information. Well, that wasn't his place to apologize, but he did. Through this accident, I have found blessings! You don't want to have to call a tow truck, but if you ever do, call Ken's Auto Rescue! They will take good care of you!
