He said he doesn't usually go out and do calls like this, but he showed up anyway. He worked hard and figured out what was needed to get a new key fob made. I asked how much they told me 100.00 for the blank (it was a programmable key for a 2015 chey silverado) then i called keymaster and they said SURE we can do it bring it down, I asked the price and it was 15.00, I then went down there they cut the key and programed it (yes 15.00) super nice people I would recommend they to everyone in Yakima!

I called this company last week to change or re-key locks for me on a property we had taken through…read morea foreclosure process. They initially were very friendly and cooperative which I appreciated since we were coming from out of town and needed someone who could come out on the day we were there. We set up an appointment for the afternoon, and they told me to call when I arrived to let them know what would be needed for the job. I called, and was told some one would be coming "right out" an hour later when no one had shown, I called back to find out where the tech was, and after they checked I was told he had car trouble and could we reschedule for the next morning. So we set an appointed time for the next morning. The next day when the appointed time had passed by about 10 minutes, I called again. I was told the would check with the Tech and call me back. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! NO ONE SHOWED UP EITHER. This was very distressing as we really needed this service. I would not recommend this company.
