I bought a vehicle at an auction that came without a fob. The key it came with worked for the ignition but not the door. So when I accidentally locked it up I was stuck. Chris came out, picked the lock, made new door keys and programmed a new fob. This all happened within an hour of calling. My husband and 2 dogs were stranded at a rest area after losing the keys to our rental RV. I had a keyless entry key pad installed last month and had another lock repaired. The technician was very professional and courteous. I love that keypad so that now guests can get a temporary code and get in the house without me getting them a key. Also cleaning people can also get in without a key. I can change their code so they can no longer get back in. Very reasonably priced for installation. Their office is a little small and dated but they have a great service. read more

I was initially quite in line to write an excellent review. Unfortunately, the lock repair failed and my latest experience was SO bad, they dropped from a 5 star to just 2. Customer service for the failure has been Abysmal. They refused to even acknowledge that it was their repair. I had to set a new appointment just to have them come try to repair it. Now they call and tell me I need a special coded key just to visit, because it might not be my lock needing work! WTF? read more

Over the years I have had several opportunities to work with Mounts, both at the business I manage and for personal needs. Every time I have dealt with these folks they have been great! Very nice, they get the job done and deal fairly. Finding business partners like this are golden and it is refreshing to find a business that is easy to trust. Last night my key stopped working in my car ignition and one of their Jr. techs tried for about an hour in the 100 degree heat at the gas station I was stuck at to get the lock fixed after hours. When he was unable to figure it out so I towed the car down to the Mounts shop. First thing in the morning a veteran locksmith fixed it before 11am. They only charged me for the labor that morning, not for the tech's time the night before and without me even asking. They gave me two new keys for my vehicle free of charge. This is not the first time they have treated me right and why I always call Mounts when I need a locksmith. read more

I took a key in that I bought online. It was the chipped one for my car. The gentleman made the spare key and made sure it worked in my car. I would highly recommend this company. They have the chipped car keys starting at $45 and Ace has them for $80. read more

Yes I needed a key MADE that would fit all of my doors ,ignition,and trunk.Mounts quoted me at 125 and I had them show up the next morning.Provided I had called all points who I have used several times in the past but his ad said 24 hours a day and it was only 9pm so I was a little upset that he claimed he ''worked 14 hours and was unprepared to help and try in the morning.''My only adjustment is WHY SAY YOU ARE 24 HOURS A DAY AND YET YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE RUNNING THE BUSINESS?!
