Furthermore, This environment feels increasingly two-faced and toxic, which is a significant barrier to both staff morale and patient care; this facility desperately needs a culture of empathy. The management frequently speaks disparagingly of patients , coworkers, her own family and disregards legal privacy protections (HIPAA). It is sad to see such misery and lack of integrity in a place meant for healing. I sincerely hope for better days for the employees, their families, and patients here--everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and genuine care.

They didn't have as big of a stock as I'm use to seeing in Sam's. However, considering the shortage of paper and other items I was impressed. They were handing out a paper towel and had cleaning solution for self buggy sanitation at the entrance. All the employees were in masks. I went later in the evening so it wasn't hard to social distance from other customers.
