Also the Assistant told me it was normal to have moisture standing in your lint trap. Yeah, right! The owner hung up on me when I called to tell him the dryer was still not working and his charges were too high. This is a Danville Company that passes themselves as being from Champaign. The charge for coming to your house is $120 and anything he does is over that. I paid $248.00 for nothing! The dryer did not work and had to call a handyman for another $50.00. Too much money for removal of a 5" x3" compacted hunk of lint. There are better people out there; honest people out there. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
