Iv literally took donations there and they picked 2 or 3 items and told me "they can't take the rest" because "their dumpster is full".. obviously I wasn't donating trash! On top of the bs there, every time you visit this store you are greeted with a personal shadow that will follow you around the entire store to ensure you are not filling your pockets with their over priced, free to them inventory until you checkout or leave. If you leave without making a purchase they immediately run to the left side window and at least 2 of them stare you down like you robbed the place. Overall I would donate at a place that is much more appreciative and shop somewhere that is welcoming and actually wants you there. The owner and manager of this place are both the upmost rude women I have ever dealt with!

Came here a couple times, once to drop something off for service and once to see what they had to offer for a band student needing a sax. The service area is large and I think heavily geared towards local bands. Staff is very knowledgeable and prices seem reasonable for the services. The instruments they offer cover the spectrum of musical taste. They don't have a ton of one type of instrument (for example electric guitars - they maybe have a dozen or so) but they are good price points covering from beginner to advanced. Staff is all friendly and willing to help out. If they specialize in an area they are quick to make sure they get you with the person that would be the expert in that area, but if they aren't available they are more than willing to help/take care of you. Overall have had nothing but good experiences here and would recommend them to anyone.

The back of the store, for me, is where the magic happens. Great selection of Vinyl Records, if you're into those things. Carl has a vast knowledge of the music industry and it appears most genres of music. The selection includes some really great hard to find offerings that you aren't going to find at the standard place in Gadsden that sells records. Also, it isn't like what you find at the Antique Malls - there are used options available, but there is also a great selection of stuff that has just been released. Prices are reasonable and in some cases really good. As I was leaving with my finds for the day we had a conversation about some bands we liked. I asked if he would be able to get a record I had been looking for, sure enough it's currently on order and should be arriving soon. Really happy I found out about this place and checked them out.
