Well they did one treatment and all the leaves turned brown. Leaves started to reappear but after the next treatment it died. They fertilized and left fertilizer burn tracks. I brought this to their attention. The next treatment was worse. We now have vast brown areas in our lawn except it is nice and green in areas where they could not drive the spreader. No one else in our proximity has such a brown lawn. Yes we have been watering.

I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers.
