I think the main things for me would be to simplify the menu and offer size options. Something like half a bagel or like a "classics variety" (like a variety cheesecake). So you could pick and choose quarters or maybe thirds. I was happy to see they had savory cream cheese options because they are so underrated. The mashed potatoes were some of the best I ever tasted. And I had bread pudding which was stellar! Wife has the same roast beef but has the macaroni and cheese as well as fried green tomatoes and raved about both. We got it to-go but the owner was out greeting and spoke to my wife, so you know they care about the quality of the food and service. Absolutely a must try.
