Peach Mousse! Taste as good as it looks !

Picked up some to go pastries. OMG delish! We had the peach mousse , raspberry pastry, key lime croissant, and couple others. Amazing craftsmanship and flavor!!! Great service and atmosphere makes we want to live next door!

I saw this restaurant on Yelp and knew that I had to try it. A 7 minute walk and I arrived. The restaurant is cozy but very welcoming. I ordered a fuzzy popping peach , small mocha and a chicken breakfast sandwich. My total was $35. The sandwich was made fresh and was pretty tasty but was VERY salty hence the removal of one star. It was large enough for me to share with a friend. I'd recommend this restaurant and would try again, especially the green apple.

Cute bakery downtown with pastries, drinks, and sandwiches. The chocolate chunk cookie is delicious - different types of chocolate and an amazing soft chewy texture. The pain au chocolat is beautiful, with stripes of chocolate on top. Pretty tasty overall, although maybe slightly too much chocolate compared to others I've had. Definitely had some layers to it but not quite as fresh and crisp as I would've liked.

I've heard good things about this place online so when we had the chance, we came here for brunch. We ended up parking in a nearby garage that was easy to get to. There was a line when we arrived, but it wasn't so bad. It moved by pretty quickly. While in line, you bypass all the pastries displayed behind the glass and they looked beautiful! Everything looked amazing. I ended up ordering the Twice Baked Croissant and the Fried Chicken Breakfast Sandwich. The Twice Baked Croissant was just incredible. It had pistachios on top, a pistachio cream inside, and also a cherry or raspberry jam inside too. I love pistachios, and the pistachio cream inside was so light, creamy, delicate, but flavorful. I absolutely loved all the different textures. The croissant was airy and fluffy inside, and the outside had a nice flaky exterior. And the fruit jam inside complemented the pistachio cream very well, it added a nice sweetness that blended well with the cream. For me, it tied the whole thing together. I will definitely be thinking of this pastry when I think of pistachio croissants. And for the Fried Chicken Breakfast Sandwich? Wow. I didn't know what to expect, but it was much larger than I anticipated. It was tall, like when I was bringing it to the table the top part of the bun almost fell off my plate because it had height. The fried chicken piece was great: juicy and had a nice golden color. It was crispy and also quite large for a chicken piece.. All the components about it were executed well: the fried chicken, the coleslaw! (i'm a coleslaw fanatic), and the sauce inside the sandwich was wonderful. Also last but not least, the fried egg too? Wow. I love a good runny egg. I'm not exaggerating, I was drenching the pieces of my sandwich in the sauce on my plate. It was just that good. Genuinely, I couldn't believe I finished that sandwich because it was very filling and that fried chicken piece was huge! Service was fast and friendly, I liked interacting with them. It is pretty small inside and we came on a weekend so it was busy and packed. We were lucky to snag a small table but it was difficult to find seating when we got our food. All in all, I'm so happy we came here. Yes it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The quality is clearly there and showed up through everything we got. I had such a memorable time, thank you for taking care of us!

A small yet amazing creative bakery we visited while briefly in the Nashville area. Using yelp, this spot was selected for our breakfast option. We were able to park on the street for a monetary fee and walk over to this establishment. When entering the decor and the greeting from staff were assuring and welcoming. The bakery is were I was drawn overlooking the menu options of other food. After looking over the choices I selected the raspberry danish and a chicken sausage sandwich with a fried hard egg. We selected seating at a high counter seating area by a window. Our names were called within reasonable time for our breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches came out very hot! Needing time to cool off before indulging. After some time to cool a little, we indulged. The sandwiches were both dripping tons of grease onto the plate. They were seasoned well but yet a little messy and greasy. Leaving behind a seemingly nice pooling of greasy mess on the paper plate prohibiting the placing of my sandwich back onto the plate as the bottom of my sandwich would be soaked with more grease. The danish had a buttery and flaky crust and creamy filling of cheese and raspberry decorated with fresh raspberries on top. This is definitely a very trendy and popular location as small crowds poured in making purchases. If in the area again, I would revisit and try other items.

I was craving delicious pastries, and while on a walk downtown, I stumbled upon this bakery and Café. There were so many delicious baked goods. I wanted one of everything but that's not possible. I bought the Dubai chocolate croissant and the peach pastry. It almost looked too perfect to eat, but after the first bite, it was just divine. You'll get the early morning rush plenty of places to sit inside and out, but I just picked up mines to go. Great bakery, friendly service.

I was really fascinated by their range of mini entremets style pastries, so I decided to pick them up for my husband's birthday. Since my last visit, I felt their menu and bakes had a major glow-up in terms of innovation and presentation. The pastries were stunning, and I picked up the Fuzzy Poppin' Peach and the Big Apple. Both weren't overly sweet, which I was honestly a little concerned about. The apple pastry featured a cinnamon-spiced, moist cake with an extremely light dulce mousse, apple compote, and a crispy white chocolate cheddar crumble. The peach pastry was a light, tangy, fruity peach mousse with peach compote at the center, but what really caught me off guard (although it was right there in the name) was the base made of rice crispy and Poppin' Candy! Both pastries were delicious and beautifully balanced in flavor and texture. The almond croissant was good as usual, but it looked very different from the last time I got it, perhaps a little extra stunning. The only drawback of this bakery is that they're in such high demand that they run out of most of their bakes by late afternoon. Because of that, I placed an online order on their website for a scheduled pickup, just to be safe. I truly recommend this bakery!

    Lemon loaf
    Carolina W.

In my humble opinion this is the best bakery in all of Nashville. BUT they haven't made the actual best bakery item in years -- the lemon loaf. You're probably reading this and wondering "It's just a lemon loaf, even Starbucks has those?" WRONG. This lemon loaf is nothing like your traditional run of the mill lemon loaves. This is my formal plea, please bring back the lemon loaf. Everything else here is good but nothing compares to the lemon loaf.

Pricey? Yes. Delicious? Also yes. Worth a trip? You gotta decide. That one pastry was right at $10, but it was also the size of my head. Biscoff cream in the middle was dreamy. 8/10 will return after working an extra shift

D' Andrew's Bakery absolutely blew us away. We tried eight different items and every single one was fantastic--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pastries looked like little works of art and tasted even better than they looked. From the first bite to the last crumb, you can tell they care about quality and detail. Friendly service and a cozy vibe made everything even sweeter. We're already planning our next visit and will be telling everyone to go.

Absolutely the most beautiful bakery in Nashville. Staff is helpful and friendly and the bakery items are OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious!!

We recently ordered their fruit pastries -- and wow, they're as stunning as they are delicious! Each one looks like a tiny piece of art, so lifelike you almost don't want to eat it... but you absolutely should. The peach was a standout -- light, creamy whipped filling with peach compote, all sitting on a cookie that actually had POP ROCKS in it! That playful, fizzy surprise made me laugh out loud. The pumpkin was a cozy fall dream with pumpkin-spiced cream and bits of pumpkin bread inside. The apple had the perfect whipped filling and apple-pie-style compote that felt like a hug in dessert form. My husband's favorite was the banana -- a decadent mix of peanut butter whipped filling, fluffy whipped cream, and moist banana bread. He was obsessed! On top of that, parking was super easy and convenient, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the whole café gives off a charming French café vibe -- warm, stylish, and relaxing. D'Andrews Bakery isn't just baking... they're creating edible masterpieces. We can't wait to go back and try more!

    Bacon, egg, cheese
    Jason C.

Best bakery in the downtown Nashville area. Not the cheapest, but the quality of the pastries is top notch - rivaling what you'd find in the bigger cities. The bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich was also super fresh. Inside is small, so you may have difficultly sitting in if you come during the busy morning rush. Highly recommend grabbing a quick breakfast or pastry here if you're visiting in the area!

They have started doing a little better about having outlet options, but mainly at those tall, long skinny tables. The ones that aren't necessarily great for working because they're so high up and can make your legs feel weird after awhile. Haha. The other semi complaint I have is that they close early. 3 pm is early when you want to try and work. Drinks are good. I don't drink a ton of coffee these days, but what I've had there was good. I get either their chai or matcha. Both of those I enjoy! I had a sandwich there recently. I wanted to roll my eyes at the price truthfully. However, when it came.. WOAH. It was GIANT. I was thoroughly impressed. It was really really good. I had to take half of it home and put it in the fridge. When I came back home hours later... it was STILL GOOD. The bread was not soggy either! That's HUGE! Ok so overall, I highly recommend this place and it's one of my go to spots.

Cafe intermezzo falls into our lap. Unbelievable find. An oasis in the desert. Door opens a happy lady comes out with her friends and sees us looking at menu, she says "Go here. You will love it". Server was professional neat and polite. Menu was extensive. The classy wood paneling and nice tables were memorable. I ordered a crepe Florentine. It was savory type. It was amazing. My daughter ordered a more traditional sandwich and salad. She loved it too. There was breakfast lunch and dinner selections. Great desserts on display and being served table-side. They also made good espresso drinks. The reason I am giving 3 stars are for 3 main reasons. A) The front of the cafe smells like the sewer - incredibly unappetizing when you walk in or out. B) Our waitress messed up our order. She forgot to bring a Diet Coke. When we questioned her for it, she brought a regular coke instead of a Diet Coke. She then left the regular Coke and still charged us for the Diet Coke. C) There were 4 open tables around us. I had brought a chair next to us for us to put our purses on (they would not stay hanging on the bistro chair due to the rounded back). She told me she needed that chair "because she was planning on filling all the tables." The tables were never filled before we left and I had to cover my purse with my napkin throughout my meal.
