My motther-in-law always has reliable, newer vehicles as she is required to do a lot of driving for her job. Her cars always look good, sound good and last long! We thought we should ask her, and she recommended the Auto Dr. When I called Auto Dr to book my appointment they were very courteous, polite & precise about everything, and really listened to my description of the cars needs. I got an appointment for the next day! The gentleman I booked with ensured me it was not always the case, but they always did there best get everyone in. Awesome Customer Service! When I dropped my car off, it was a little confusing to find the entrance, as the building he is in is shared with a private car dealership. I found my way, and went to the desk where I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who confirmed my number, asked a few questions, and then let me know they would be looking at it very soon, and asked if I wanted to wait, or if we wanted a ride home for when we wait. I was so impressed by this service! Our car was in the shop for about 4 hours, and we were getting a tune up and oil change (plus I needed a few bulbs, belts, minor repairs done) I found it was a very quick servicing. Our car has never ran better, not even when I got it new! It was also very clean inside, and did not have any grease spots or dirt, The steering wheel was also clean. The Price was so affordable, we were very impressed. and have been back since for more major work, and I completely trust their expertise and ethics! Lucky us! They replace my wife's subaru windshield 2 years ago, the work was good. They use glass direct from the manufacture like "pinkerton" which makes glass from a number of car companies which is fine. They have a clean and organized shop. Today I have the front windshield in my BMW replaced, they were less than half the price of the dealership and dealt with complications like autosensing rain sensor without issues.

When I got home and looked at the invoice they hadn't done the drive clean. I called them up and they didn't even apologize but instead seemed annoyed that I called them. I just got the test done elsewhere. Today, August 28, 2018 at odometer reading 105,259 I took our car into another garage to have the oil changed. The dip stick was dry! When the drained the oil only a few drops came out.The car is not leaking or burning oil. Obviously, DM failed to put anywhere near the correct amount of oil in back in April. Not only are the DM people (Dave Vollmer & Vince Legault & staff) rude and unprofessional, they are incompetent.
