Great place to do your laundry. Always clean, smells good, folding tables, machines have no odor.. I visit during the winter for my heavy king sized quilts. The wash timing is perfect. The only thing I would change is the dryer timer. It gets pretty hot but the tumble is weak. I would have to turn my quilt constantly to dry it. Overall my go to spot!! read more

This is the best place to drop off laundry in the area. I have tried others, and it is never as good. They can give you the next day and turn around if you need. Mercedes, the owner, is just a sweet lady and works all the time. CHRIS is her son and gives mom the help she needs to keep it all going. And her crew is family. So RUDE. I dropped off clothes for the wash and fold service today no problem and paid the lady in cash right then and there. She said to come back at 7 so I came when I could and a man handed me the bag and said I didn't pay. After going back and forth, him calling the lady and "checking the cameras" and "not seeing me pay".. the lady on the phone starts yelling saying she told me earlier we don't accept card only cash - meanwhile I never took out a card or said anything about a card and just handed her the cash, said thank you see you later, and walked out. The man then points in my face and tells me to just get out and chases me out the door as if I did something wrong. Absolutely never going again. I was rudely kicked out by a male worker after not knowing their policy. I am new to the area and did not know local laundromats require you to wash AND dry (not one or the other). I have a washing machine at home and just needed to dry my clothes. I had already put my clothes in the dryer and was told that I had to use the washing machine too if I wanted to use the dryer. I was not aware of that and was willing to return and follow their policy. I told him I'll remember for next time, but he said "not next time, you have to leave." I was embarrassed and the other customers felt bad for me. Long story short, I will be washing and drying at a farther location to be treated with respect. read more

I left a "1" star review weeks, and the owner replied back - again it shows that they do NOT know what they talk about, have NO idea what the customer service is, and simply do NOT know how to run a business! And confused as hell! I came in for the dry clean service, NOT the laundry machines. The guy at the counter was simply RUDE and NASTY! Service from HELL! So I left and took my dry clean to somewhere else nearby, and you just lost hundreds of $$$ AND a customer forever! No wonder your place is simply EMPTY - both dry clean and laundromat - NO customers, POOR reviews, while the nearby dry clean places business is bustling. I had to say and be fair it's a clean place compared to some of the other laundry mat near by but very bad customer service. I had to call the cop to come because I had a question abt why I paid $6 in each machine (3 in total) using Hot option and I guess longer washing time. The other 2 machines gave me no problem with the normal standard washing time of 35-38 mins I think. The other one only gave a the washing time of less than 20 mins which way faster than ever. I have been there for a while now and never experienced that. So I went up to ask why, the guy literally just said the computer generated the time depending on how much clothes you have there. I told him it never like that before even I have smaller load of clothes to wash. I apparently didn't want to even step out of his "little office" and check the machine. I went back to check on the timing of all three machine and realized that one machine which I put $6 in is rinsing and then draining. So I went to him again, this time I called him from across the place because he was looking in the Tv. He came out with an attitude and said he told me nothing he can do it's the way it's basically. I got so mad and when back to check my clothes, now all three machines... the 2 other machines had 20 mins left whereas the other one is done ready to unload. I went back and told him I don't like it cuz I feel my clothes is still dirty. That's why I put $6 in everytime I wash my clothes. He got mad and saying all nasty things and disrespected me. Telling to get away and didn't want to solve my problem or deal with me. He even cursed at me discriminate women and asian. Who does that!!!!! Especially if you are working in customer service profession. I asked to speak to the owner he said "I'm the owner" . What a liar. As of no one knows who the owner is. I got really upset and just want to get my clothes done and leave, he then saw me took a picture and said to me u can't dry your clothes here. After you done washing you have to leave. I said NO.... If I washed my clothes here I'm gonna finish drying them here. He kept telling me I can't dry them and make me leave. I told him Im not taking my clothes home when they are still wet. I said I'll call the cop and he said nothing they can do. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it but I had to called the police and ask them to help solve this. I don't want to deal with people who are so rude and so ignorant like that. I just hope the owner knows what's really happened. I have heard it's not the first time he did that. Being rude and being mean and being such an ASS (sorry my language). Anyway, the cop let me finished my drying and I'll never go back there. Again, it's nothing wrong with the place but the guy that works there. He should be not working anywhere that have to deal with customer service. Don't know if u can see the time in the machine but the other one said "ready to unload" is the mess up machine. Money isn't the problem, dignity is and respect is needed. I've been there multiple times and will be my last time washing and drying there. Horrible customer service. I was kicked out after washing my clothes there and was forced to dry my clothes at a different laundromat. read more
