We were referred to CWF by A#1 Air. Project Manager Oscar showed up to assess the damage later that same day (Wednesday, Jan 17th)and walked us through the process. During his time here, we contacted our insurance company to file a claim which was initiated within 20 minutes with a representative over the phone. Since Oscar was present, it facilitated communication. Oscar gave us a two-hour window between 8am and 10am and said that we should expect to receive a call from dispatch informing us that they are on their way. He also took a series of pictures before he left so that he could inform the crew of the events that transpired. On Saturday, January 20th, the mitigation crew removed a portion of the engineered flooring that was affected and promptly placed industrial fans on and around it. They informed us that they would be back to pick up the equipment (in 4 days) after the area has completely dried and answered any questions we had. Kris, Sheldon, Gabriel, and Oscar were professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything about the process and I appreciate the time and patience they took on a Saturday morning to help us. We are going to go with CWF for restoration as well.

They were very informative of the water removal and dry out process and answered any questions that we had. Brian was available to show up within an hour of us calling him and it was close to midnight! The communication was outstanding and they kept in touch with us from day one until the day we removed all machines. He was up front and honest with us and we learned a lot through this process. If there is ever another nightmare like this, we know who to call! I was able to stay positive because of the attitude they showed up with since day one!

I hired them for a mold remediation assessment, and their technician completely failed to identify a clear and ongoing issue. During the assessment, the technician claimed they found no mold and left. However, after they departed, I discovered they had left my furnace unplugged, which is both unprofessional and a safety oversight. Because I was concerned, I brought in a second company for another opinion. They immediately found mold behind the wall and under my son's vanity--an area where you simply had to open the cabinet door to see the growth. It is baffling that a "restoration expert" could miss something so obvious. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a thorough or detail-oriented inspection. Their lack of diligence could have left my family in an unsafe environment.
