She said she and her manager would review it and call me back. They never did. No apology. No explanation. No solution. They also refused to share the recording. I asked if I'd be able to hear it once they found it. She said no. At this point it's pretty clear: do not get tattoo removal here. Also, he explains EVERYTHING... from the science behind the product, to the anatomy of the injection site, to his injection technique... he will go into great detail and doesn't rush through the appointment.
