I have never had nothing but kind words for the Dr.'s - they have always been attentive and provided great care. My experience with the office staff has also always been adequate. HOWEVER, there seems to have been a shift at the front desk. When I called, the first thing I noticed was a bubbly voice in the phone- not usually my experience at Dr. offices. Then, as i proceeded with my issue this young lady was not only friendly and accommodating, she was competent! DIANA!!! Thank you very much for mot only working with me, but for seeing it through to fruition! I appreciate you, Dr. Mittapalli and the care , concern and efforts that they had for my situation. let me be clear- again, I have never had a bad experience with anyone at the front desk! Everything went well except at the end when being rushed out of the room and put into a wheelchair outside and waiting for my ride home to show up. My next 2 experiences MRI and CT Scan haven't been good ones either. Their radiology department, the technicians have been great with getting the images done and makes for a friendly, great experience. However, the information given of the findings in the reports are absolutely incomplete and doesn't give the doctors or surgeons the critical information they need. This is causing delays in surgery which will relieve ongoing pain and discomfort. I certainly have decided it's best to get any imaging somewhere else. The imaging came out great, clear but they didn't supply the necessary dimensions. One imagining report had 1 dimension listed and the 2nd imaging supplied 2 dimensions when 3 dimensions are required for proper size confirmation for the doctors and surgeon. Why they can't supply proper dimensions on absolutely clearing imaging and being informed that dimensions are critical and don't supply them is absolutely baffling.

He got short. His lips became tense. His tone became elevated. His eyes were pin-point. I knew he was having a bad day. The doctor kept the visit short and sweet. However, not talkative at all. Normally, the doctor would be accommodating. But, not today. But, afterward, we went to a hospital deli. The only thing good was the fresh Salad. We had lunch. I go and see him once a year. Was finally let in and they said it was going to be 10 minutes to get my results back. I waited a hour and a half to be seen by doctor. There wasn't a single nurse who passed by with updates or to make sure I was okay. They said 10 minutes and it was way longer than that. Customer service is horrible, everyone has an attitude. Will never come to this Jackson urgent care again. I've only had good experience with Baptist Urgent care.

I arrived there at exactly 9:50, and the security guard--a Black gentleman whose ID I unfortunately couldn't see--wouldn't let me in, despite knowing perfectly well that the center is open until 10:00 PM. I wonder how he would react if someone did the same thing to one of his own children. What a massive lack of respect and professionalism. I hope someone takes appropriate action and punishes this behavior.

Then when asked what to do, after seeing an emergency situation of strider on video she claims she can't give any advice because she's not a pulmonologist. If you're unhappy with the doctor, and request another, their policy is not to give you another. So obviously these doctors feel like they can say and do anything without realizing they are falsely "educating" a new mom.Her entitlement was very clear. I went with my nephew and have two children diagnosed with childhood asthma. I've seen a pulmonologist and got actual education from them and it worked wonders for my child. She actually gave many rude comments trying to argue with me like we were in high school. She claimed albuterol doesn't work. Mkay. We went at the end of the night. Definitely would not recommend this place anymore. I would recommend going to homestead hospital pediatric department because they have been amazing every time. I do have to admit the supervisor did seem way more understanding but obviously has no power to do anything about it. They also stated they "needed to leave and sorry to cut me off. " while expressing my concerns. I'll be furthering my complaint with the department out of concern for any child or parent exposed to her negligence.

Needless to say it took 2 more trip to get amoxicillin, which you ARE allowed to have pregnant. So 2 trips were a waste of time. I got horribly sick due to not getting the medication in time. I missed a week of work and now they just charged me 75$ extra a month later without my authorization. Run run far away from MDNow!!!

Today, I went to Jackson Urgent Care at Country Walk for an X-ray following an injury that occurred…read morethe night before. I made a pre-arrival appointment for 9:30 a.m., and from the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. Chelsea at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was both friendly and professional. As a new patient, I was fully registered within just a couple of minutes. She even informed me of my copay before I was seen, processed my payment, provided a receipt, and explained what to expect next. Shortly afterward, Tiffany, the medical assistant, brought me back to the exam room. She was incredibly friendly, made me laugh, and immediately put me at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She efficiently took my vital signs and gathered information about my injury. Abi, the nurse, also assisted during my visit. She was bubbly, kind, and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. Dr. Louis came in promptly after Tiffany finished. He was calm, professional, caring, and had an excellent bedside manner. After evaluating my injury, he ordered the necessary X-rays. Jonathan, the X-ray technologist, arrived right away. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed my X-rays quickly while explaining the process and what the remainder of my visit would look like. The communication and teamwork among this entire staff were outstanding. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and I felt informed and cared for every step of the way. My X-rays were read quickly, my discharge instructions were thoroughly explained, and I was provided with the equipment needed to help immobilize my injury. From check-in to discharge, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I would gladly return to this location and highly recommend it to anyone needing urgent care services. This team deserves a 10 out of 10 for professionalism, efficiency, communication, and patient care. I was very disappointed with my experience at Jackson. I was experiencing persistent symptoms and…read morewas later called and told that my test results were negative. I explained to the nurse that I was still having symptoms, that I knew something was not right with my body, and asked whether I could speak with the doctor or receive a referral to a urologist. Her response was simply that they don't do that there and that I needed to follow up with my primary care physician. The way the conversation was handled felt extremely dismissive and rude, particularly considering that I was still experiencing symptoms and was asking for help figuring out what to do next. My symptoms continued and eventually became painful enough that I went to the emergency room, where I was diagnosed, treated and prescribed antibiotics. I understand that tests can initially come back negative and that diagnoses can change as symptoms develop. My issue is with how my concerns were handled when I specifically said something still felt wrong and asked for further guidance. I did not feel heard or cared for. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location.

They wasted a whole day of mine that I could have used to start the healing process faster. Then after my surgery I found out that someone during my procedure chipped my teeth and it most likely was the doctor. Everyone working at the hospital was complaining about the other employees at the hospital. They seemed to not tell me the truth at the hospital and they could at least admit that they did something wrong and tell me why instead of trying to hide things or not be transparent. The nurses were complaining about their schedules and saying theywere scheduled for the next day then they were not. The nurse at the hospital tried to put anesthesia in my hand and made me bruise so much it lasted a week the bruise. The hospital itself is telling me they will not pay for my chipped teeth and that there is no proof they are chipped when I took timestamped photos and they did not take any because if they did then they would have to acknowledge what they did wrong so they don't bother to even take photos. Don't even bother emailing you they will just call you a liar and make you even more upset and tell you you perceive things. Disrespectful and disgusting
