Everyone - from the owner Lorraine, to our designer/project manager Shannon, the foreman Carlos and all the tradesmen, were so easy to work with! The project was done on time, even with a few small changes. The work was neat throughout the project and even on demo days, the path from the front door to the bathroom was always clean. At no point did it ever look like a "construction zone" outside of the bathroom. They do quality work for fair prices, there was no nickel & diming or "gotchas", they kept us informed all along the way and were responsive to any questions/concerns. I had a picture in mind of what I wanted so didn't need full design services, but wherever I wasn't sure or couldn't decide on paint/tile/patterns/placement or just needed to bounce ideas with someone with a designer's eye, Shannon was right there with excellent input and we absolutely love the result across the board! Apparently he had one other cleaner in the van waiting for him to assess the cleaning situation. I did say in my quote that it was a move-out cleaning service to clean one room and two bathrooms and when he came, he said it was for one bathroom which he verified in his quote that it was indeed for two baths. He can't assume that every move-out cleaning service would be empty bc I live there too and would have a service like that anytime someone I rent to would move out. I think that's fair enough. He had me pay more and at this point, I wanted to get it done so I agreed. I did feel as if it was a bait and switch situation. I'd say they did a decent job in cleaning and felt the bathrooms were cleaned to satisfaction. I did feel however that the mopping was done too quick. I wasn't there to supervise since I had to go get ready to head out, but by time I went upstairs, it wasn't like 5-10 mins before I heard him shout out that they were done. Even after the bait and switch prices, I still tipped them. But would I use them again, probably not.

We hired this company for a move-in cleaning, and unfortunately the service did not meet…read moreexpectations. Two cleaners came, but the results were closer to a light day-to-day cleaning rather than the thorough move-in cleaning we paid for. I had already done a post-construction cleaning, and told the cleaners not to move furniture -- just clean visible areas. Still, many areas were missed, including the downstairs cabinets, fridge, and even the bathroom. All the appliances upstairs are brand new, so there wasn't much to do there, but I expected at least basic attention to detail elsewhere. They wore their shoes inside during cleaning until I had to ask them to remove them. They mopped with so much water that puddles ("water ponds") were left on the floor. When I spoke with the owner afterward, I was told that things I would normally expect in a move-in clean -- like window tracks, cabinets, and wall wiping -- were not included. Overall, it seems they are only set up for very basic surface cleaning (like making the bed or wiping counters), not a proper move-in clean. I paid full price, so lesson learned -- but I cannot recommend them for anyone looking for professional move-in or deep cleaning services.
