I had originally ordered a specific arrangement online from somewhere else. That order was canceled less than an hour after it was confirmed. And I had a horrible experience with the customer service rep on the phone - it was out of stock in that zip code. Ok I tried to get it delivered to my house instead, sure! What's all of the information repeated again, oh wait nope, it's not available there either. Ok can I pick it up from somewhere in between? Repeat info, Nope. Ok cancel the order and the charge on my debit. Sure it will be 10 days for your credit. I only ordered it an hour ago!!! I was so upset. I didn't want just any sympathy arrangement for uncle Joe. I had been to Peggy Ann's before, so I decided to try them to see if I could get something closer to what I wanted. Jennifer and Ann were so beyond kind and understanding and the two beautiful arrangements that I picked up this morning are exactly what I wanted and needed. My aunt is thrilled with them, and I am so grateful. The flowers are absolutely perfect. Oh and the arrangements are bigger and less expensive than the original online order.

On this job they went above and beyond what was expected when on the last day of the job, during final grading, they ran into a buried concrete footer from a long-ago deck. Within an hour they had a bobcat come to dig it out and haul it away. No extra charge. We like that he will break down a large request into multiple components so we can see the price of each part. Excellent service and completion of the jobs. His crews are skilled, not just day laborers. Bay Avenue is a big enough company to have the skills, equipment, and experience for whatever you might need, but small enough that the owner is on top of every job and answers your phone calls quickly. Don't buy an appliance that needs installation. I paid $179 for dishwasher install. Installer came…read moreand said he couldn't do the install. He wasn't a plumber or an electrician. They charge $179 so that the delivery guy can plug the dishwasher into your pre-existing wall outlet and screw the hose on a valve with a hose connection on it. If your former dishwasher is installed hard wired or if you have copper piping connection then they can't do it. So now you have to hire an electrician and a plumber and pay more for the install than the appliance. Then I call the Pro Desk and ask if they can recommend a local plumber/electrician so I can get one person to do both electric and plumbing, and they don't have anyone to recommend. The person answering the phone acted like such a request never happened previously. I should have gone to a local appliance store to buy this, as this will now cost me a lot more than I planned. Also, the haul away of the old machine was not done as they couldn't remove the old unit, and they didn't refund this initially, I had to make a second call for this to be properly credited.
