Extremely disappointed. I ordered a boutineer for my daughter's prom date. I had my husband pick up. As soon as he returned home, I looked at it. There was a big brown dead spot on the front and center rose. When I called, they told me to send them a picture, which I did. They then told me to come back in and pick up another one. I would have, but I didn't have enough time to go back to their shop and then get my daughter to where she needed to be for her pictures on time. I feel that since I sent a picture that clearly showed a damaged flower, they should have given me a couple dollars credit. Although, they offered to replace it, they shouldn't have sold it in the first place. I will not be using them again. read more
