They created an AMAZING flower Irish Flag for my uncles funeral. (Wake goers actually took photos of it because it was so impressive) It was vibrant and overall stunning. Extremely disappointed. I ordered a boutineer for my daughter's prom date. I had my husband pick up. As soon as he returned home, I looked at it. There was a big brown dead spot on the front and center rose. When I called, they told me to send them a picture, which I did. They then told me to come back in and pick up another one. I would have, but I didn't have enough time to go back to their shop and then get my daughter to where she needed to be for her pictures on time. I feel that since I sent a picture that clearly showed a damaged flower, they should have given me a couple dollars credit. Although, they offered to replace it, they shouldn't have sold it in the first place. I will not be using them again. read more
